Hot Matcha with Yuzu Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2–3 tsp KOTSAM Yuzu
  • 2 g matcha powder
  • 250 ml hot water for the yuzu base
  • 50 ml hot water for the matcha

Method

  • Mix KOTSAM Yuzu with 250 ml hot water.
  • Whisk the matcha separately with 50 ml hot water until smooth.
  • Combine both mixtures and serve.
