K-Apfelschorle: KOTSAM Apple Spritz Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2–3 tbsp KOTSAM Apple concentrate
  • 200–250 ml cold sparkling water
  • Ice
  • Lemon slices, optional
  • Fresh mint leaves, optional

Method

  • Put ice and 2–3 tbsp apple concentrate into a glass.
  • Carefully add cold sparkling water to retain the bubbles.
  • Garnish with lemon or mint to taste.
  • Stir gently and serve.
